Oliver’s Italian Celebrates National Pasta Day with BOGO Pasta All Day

Greenwood Village’s East Coast Italian Restaurant Gives Guests a Reason to Make October 18 All About Pasta

DENVER, CO (September 30, 2026) — National Pasta Day falls on Saturday, October 17, but Oliver’s Italian, the neighborhood East Coast Italian concept by Shucking Good Hospitality, isn’t ready to stop celebrating. On Sunday, October 18, the Greenwood Village restaurant will offer buy one pasta, get a second pasta free, making Sunday supper a little more delicious.

“Blue Island has really made National Oyster Day its own, so we figured Oliver’s should have a little fun with National Pasta Day too,” said Sean Huggard, Founder and President of Shucking Good Hospitality. “We’re talking incredible pasta, a great Negroni or glass of wine, and a long Sunday supper. That sounds like a pretty good way to spend the day.”

Guests can order any pasta on the menu and get a second pasta of equal or lesser value on the house. The menu features handcrafted favorites like Spicy Vodka Rigatoni, Pasta Limone, Cacio e Pepe, Carbonara and Wild Boar Ragù, giving diners plenty of options whether they want something classic, rich and cheesy, or slow-braised and hearty.

The Sunday celebration reflects Oliver’s approach to Italian dining, where good food, drinks and time around the table go hand in hand. Guests can pair their pasta with Italian wine or the restaurant’s specialty Negroni program with creative takes on the classic cocktail.

The National Pasta Day celebration is another example of how Oliver’s and Shucking Good Hospitality continue to create reasons for people to gather, share a meal and spend time together. Across its Denver-area restaurants, SGH puts an emphasis on experiences that bring people back to the table, whether that means a plate of pasta at Oliver’s, oysters and cocktails at Blue Island or wood fired entrees and margs at Ash and Agave.
