Celebrate Negroni Week at Oliver’s Italian
Oliver’s Signature Negroni Program Takes Center Stage with a Weeklong Tasting Experience Featuring Six Distinct Cocktails, a Passport, and a Chance to Win Oliver’s for a Year with a Portion of Proceeds Supporting Slow Food
DENVER, CO (September 9, 2026) – Oliver’s Italian, the neighborhood Italian-American concept from local restaurant group Shucking Good Hospitality (SGH), celebrates Negroni Week from September 21–27 with “Find Your Negroni,” a weeklong tasting experience supporting Slow Food. As DTC’s first Negroni Bar, Oliver’s is inviting guests to explore six different takes on the classic cocktail, with a passport, October rewards, a chance to win Oliver’s for a year and an opportunity to give back through every Classic and Sbagliato Negroni ordered during the week.
Guests participating in “Find Your Negroni” will receive a Negroni passport featuring all six of Oliver’s signature variations. Guests who try three different Negronis during Negroni Week will receive $15 off to use at Oliver’s in October, while those who try all six will upgrade their reward to $25 off and receive an additional entry into a drawing to win Oliver’s for a year. Both full-size Negronis and Negroni samplers count toward passport stamps, allowing guests to complete the experience in one visit or across multiple visits throughout the week. One passport will be issued per person.
“Negroni Week is a great excuse for us to highlight something Oliver’s already does really well,” said Sean Huggard, Founder & President of Shucking Good Hospitality. “The fun part is that there isn’t one Negroni that’s going to be right for everyone. Each has its own personality, so ‘Find Your Negroni’ is really about exploring our menu, trying something you might not normally order, and finding the one you want to come back for.”
Oliver’s Negroni program features six different takes on the classic cocktail:
- La Casata: Spring 44 Gin, Trincheri Rosso Vermouth and Bitter Fusetti.
- Classic: Campari, London Dry Gin and Sweet Vermouth.
- Bianco: Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto, Malfy Dry Gin and Luxardo Bianco.
- Americano: Leopold Bros. Aperitivo, Summer Gin and Lo-Fi California Sweet Vermouth.
- Grandioso: Spiced Aqva di Gin, Punt e Mes and Bitter Fusetti.
- Sbagliato: Campari, Gambino Prosecco and Trincheri Vermouth.
As part of Negroni Week, Oliver’s will also donate $1 to Slow Food for every Classic and Sbagliato Negroni ordered during the week. Slow Food serves as the official global giving partner of Negroni Week, a fundraising initiative presented by Imbibe and Campari, and is a global movement dedicated to promoting good, clean, and fair food for everyone.
The Negroni Bar is part of Oliver’s everyday experience, alongside a menu of Italian-inspired dishes, Roman-style Pinsa, handcrafted pastas, fresh oysters and shareable plates. Guests can stop in for lunch, dinner, weekend brunch or daily Happy Hour, with the bar offering an array of Negronis, cocktails, Italian spritzes and wine.
