DENVER, CO – Shucking Good Hospitality (SGH), led by Founder & President Sean Huggard, celebrates Easter Sunday with brunch specials, fresh seafood, and cocktails at Oliver’s Italian and Blue Island Oyster Bar and Seafood. On Sunday, April 5, the restaurants will offer Easter brunch dishes and drink specials alongside their full menus, providing a relaxed setting for families and friends to enjoy a celebratory holiday meal.

Annual Easter Brunch & Lobster Riot at Blue Island Oyster Bar
WHAT: Blue Island Oyster Bar and Seafood's annual Easter brunch service is back, centered on fresh seafood and coastal flavors. While the restaurant is best known for its dock-to-dish offerings and renowned oyster program, both Blue Island locations will open early at 10:30 a.m. for Easter, giving guests the opportunity to enjoy a seafood-forward brunch in its relaxed East Coast-inspired setting.

Guests can enjoy a lineup of special brunch dishes, including:
- Coastal Eggs Benedict with choice of Smoked Salmon or Crab Cake
- American Breakfast
- Pacific Seabass BLT
- Sesame Tuna Poké Salad
- Grilled Salmon and Kale Salad
- Lobster Seafood & Avocado Salad
Additional holiday features include Lobster Frites with half or whole crab stuffed Main Lobster, Filet & Stuffed Lobster, Crab-Crusted Chilean Sea Bass, and Main Lobster & Shrimp Risotto. Those looking to elevate the celebration can also enjoy luxury additions such as caviar service with house blinis and traditional accompaniments.
Guests can also cheers to the holiday with an assortment of brunch cocktails like a Blood Orange Mimosa, Peach-Thyme Bellini, Salty Girl Espresso Martini, or the Blue Island Bloody Mary.
Blue Island Oyster Bar’s Lobster Riot is back with a special holiday edition of the beloved seafood feast. Available leading up to Easter on April 3 and 4, guests can ditch the marshmallow bunnies and chocolate eggs and enjoy a whole Steamed Maine Lobster served with fries and cole slaw for $35 from open to close.
