DENVER, CO – Shucking Good Hospitality (SGH), the Denver-based restaurant group led by Founder & President Sean Huggard, is celebrating Father's Day weekend across all three of its concepts from a Beer & Bourbon Chef & Shucker event at Blue Island Oyster Bar to an agave-forward brunch at Ash and Agave and Italian weekend plates at Oliver's Italian.
DOCK-TO-DISH FATHER'S DAY AT BLUE ISLAND OYSTER BAR + JUNE CHEF & SHUCKER – BEER & BOURBON
WHAT: Blue Island's dock-to-dish approach extends to its Father's Day brunch service, where the full seafood menu runs alongside a lineup of brunch specials built for the occasion. Both Cherry Creek North and Lone Tree locations open early for the holiday at 10:00 a.m.
Father's Day brunch specials include:
- Coastal Eggs Benedict with choice of Smoked Salmon or Crab Cake
- American Breakfast with parmesan scrambled eggs and apple-smoked bacon
- Pacific Seabass BLT
- Sesame Tuna Poké Salad
- Grilled Salmon and Kale Salad
- Lobster Seafood & Avocado Salad
Additional features include Lobster Frites with half or whole crab-stuffed Maine Lobster, Filet & Stuffed Lobster, Crab-Crusted Chilean Sea Bass, and Maine Lobster & Shrimp Risotto. Caviar service with house blinis and traditional accompaniments is available for those looking to elevate the occasion. Brunch cocktails include a Blood Orange Mimosa, Peach-Thyme Bellini, Salty Girl Espresso Martini, and the Blue Island Bloody Mary.

WHAT: Ash and Agave, SGH's agave-forward, wood-fired coastal Mexican concept in Cherry Creek, brings its signature Riviera-inspired flavors to Father's Day brunch.
Father's Day brunch menu highlights from the cocina:
- Wood Grilled Porterhouse “Fajitas” with roasted peppers and onions, charro beans, verde rice, pico de gallo, and guacamole, served with tortillas. Available all day.
- Chilaquiles with salsa guajillo, cotija, black beans, pickled onions, and sunnyside eggs
- Machaca Breakfast Burrito with carnitas, scrambled eggs, crispy potatoes, charred onions and peppers, roasted tomatillo salsa, served with verde rice and charro beans

From the bar, guests can enjoy a curated brunch cocktail menu featuring the Ancho Chile-Tamarindo Margarita, crafted with tropical tamarindo and Ancho Reyes Mexican Chile Liqueur; the Vanilla-Pineapple Margarita, made with Código Blanco Tequila and wood-roasted pineapple syrup; and the Watermelon Margarita with Trés Agaves Organic Tequila, fresh watermelon, and jasmine green tea syrup. The lineup is complemented by brunch favorites including Blood Orange Mimosas and Bloody Marias.
