Ash and Agave Debuts a New Happy Hour Experience in Cherry Creek

DENVER, CO (April 16, 2026) – Ash and Agave, the vibrant Mexican Riviera-inspired concept from Shucking Good Hospitality, is inviting guests to enjoy golden hour with the launch of its new Happy Hour, available Monday through Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. The new offering brings together the restaurant’s signature coastal vibe, agave-forward cocktails, and craveable bites designed for spontaneous afternoons and laid-back evenings in Cherry Creek.

Happy hour at Ash and Agave features a lineup of Mini Margs, including The Standard Marg, Toasted Coconut Marg, and a rotating Fruit Marg, all made with 100% blue agave Lunazul tequila, fresh lime, and pure agave syrup. Guests can also sip on 30% off wines by the glass, draft cervezas, and 2-ounce pours of premium tequilas, including Clase Azul Reposado, Patrón El Alto, and Código Extra Añejo.
On the food side, the menu offers a selection of bold, snackable dishes that reflect the restaurant’s signature coastal-meets-fire culinary style. Highlights include Guacamole Tostada, Seafood Ceviche Tostada, Raw Oysters with yuzu kosho granita, Wood-Grilled Oysters, Chicken Taquitos, Tempura Shrimp with spicy aioli, Chilled Queso Dip & Chips, and Birria Bites with savory churro, short rib, and cotija.
