Ash and Agave Brings New Weekly Traditions to Cherry Creek This August
The Coastal Mexican Restaurant Launches Full Riot Tuesdays and Familia Night Sundays with Bottomless Tacos, Margaritas, and Kids Eat Free
DENVER, CO (August 11, 2026) — Ash and Agave, the Mexican Riviera-inspired restaurant from local restaurant group Shucking Good Hospitality (SGH), introduces two new weekly dining experiences this August. Beginning August 11, the Full Riot transforms Tuesdays into a celebration of unlimited tacos and margaritas, followed by the launch of Familia Night on Sundays starting August 16, featuring a three-course family-style dining experience where kids eat free.
Every Tuesday from open to close, Ash and Agave puts its own coastal Mexican spin on Taco Tuesday with The Full Riot. For $39 per person, guests can enjoy unlimited street tacos, bottomless chips and salsa, and endless Standard or Naked margaritas. The menu features Picadillo Beef, Guajillo Chicken, Baja Fish, and Carnitas street tacos, with guests receiving three tacos to start before refills are served two at a time. Diners can also opt for Taco Riot for $29 per person, which includes unlimited street tacos, chips, and salsa.
Beginning August 16, guests can enjoy Familia Night every Sunday starting at 4 p.m., featuring a three-course menu for $29 per person, with complimentary kids' meals for ages 12 and under with the purchase of an adult entrée. Built around the tradition of a long, relaxed meal shared with family and friends, the new offering highlights the coastal Mexican flavors and wood-fired cooking that have defined Ash and Agave since opening in April.
The three-course menu allows guests to choose one starter, one entrée, and one dessert, with options including a Ceviche Tostada with sea bass and charred pineapple, Chopped Caesar Salad with roasted poblano dressing, Birria Bites with short rib and cotija, Surf & Turf with grilled skirt steak and coconut shrimp, Short Rib Barbacoa Smothered Burrito, Wood-Grilled Salmon, and Toasted Coconut Shrimp with spicy agave glaze. Dessert options include Cotija Gelato or Coconut Sorbet.
“Our goal with Ash and Agave is to create a restaurant that feels vibrant, welcoming, and rooted in bringing people together,” said Sean Huggard, Founder and President of Shucking Good Hospitality. “Taco Riot gives guests a fun way to enjoy our coastal Mexican flavors with friends during the week, while Familia Night brings back the tradition of gathering around the table for a relaxed Sunday meal. Both experiences reflect what we want Ash and Agave to be for the Cherry Creek community.”
As part of Familia Night, kids ages 12 and under can enjoy a complimentary meal with the purchase of an adult entrée starting at 4 p.m. Younger guests can choose from the Niños Menu featuring kid-friendly favorites including Quesadillas with a choice of cheese, chicken, or steak; Chicken Taquitos; and a Two Taco Plate featuring Grilled Chicken, Carnitas, or Skirt Steak. Each kids’ entrée is served with verde rice and charro beans.
Available for dine-in only, families can enjoy one complimentary kids’ meal with an adult purchase of $29 or more, or two complimentary kids’ meals with an adult purchase of $39 or more.
Familia Night and Full Riot Tuesdays join Ash and Agave’s lineup of weekly experiences, including weekday happy hour, Monday Lobster Fuego, and weekend brunch, giving guests even more opportunities to experience the restaurant’s coastal Mexican-inspired menu. Each offering is designed to create memorable moments around the table, from upbeat weeknight gatherings to long Sunday suppers in Cherry Creek.
